The amazing ladies of the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health are kicking off their "Week of Action for Reproductive Justice" today until Sunday, August 15.
They have teamed up with sister organizations, California Latinas for Reproductive Justice and the Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights for this first annual campaign through which you can participate both online and offline. One easy way to participate: sign a petition demanding accessible and affordable birth control be included in new health care reform law. I just did it in 30 seconds.
