Daughters of Oshun

Daughters of Oshun, founded by Taja Lindley in 2009, is an emerging reproductive justice organization based in Brooklyn, New York,. The mission of Daughters of Oshun is to develop the leadership of Black women, particularly those who are most marginalized, to participate in policymaking as constituents and advocates.

Luminosity: School of the Arts is a budding arts school in Brooklyn, NY founded by DavĂ­ in 2009. The mission of the school is to serve as a space of empowerment for the cultivation of new art forms created by youth of color. Classes will range from dance to creative writing to fashion.
